Lambert Park Trail Map
Lambert Park is a 255 acre park located on the northeast boundary of Alpine. It is a basically undeveloped park with its main uses being mountain biking, hiking and horse back riding. The Alpine Rodeo Grounds are also located in the park. The park has an extensive trail system which is maintained by volunteers.
The Alpine City Council has voted to indefinitely ban all motorized vehicles in Lambert Park. Exceptions are Box Elder Drive and the paved roads to the Rodeo Grounds, the Bowery, the entry to the southern parking area and the entry to the western parking area. The ban will be enforced by the Lone Peak Police Department. There is a maximum $500 fine for violations. Click here for allowed parking areas and other information.
Official Lambert Park Trail Map - The last official park trail map was published by Alpine City in 2006. Unfortunately this map is very much outdated. For the city map of Lambert park, click here.

Updated Lambert Park Trail Map - The trail system in Lambert Park has expanded since 2006. An unofficial, updated map has been developed by the Alpine Nature Center. It is current to the state of the park as of May 2022. A downloadable PDF file can be accessed by clicking here or on the image below. Note that three trails continue south of the park boundary. These currently are on private land - as in the park, please be respectful of this property and recognize the generosity of the private landowners for allowing access to and use of their property.
